Irish DVB-T transmissions are currently in a trial phase, a couple of the channels are broadcasting.

Attaching an "All Regions" XML and a couple of region XMLs. Got the frequencies from RTÉ NL - RTÉ Transmission Network Limited

hi ninja12, thanks for adding louth to the tuning details.. Im having problems though with receiving any services.. i know the anntena can receive the digital signals beceuse my tv is picking up sound but no picture (codec thing).. Well ive a hauppage pci dvb-t card and kworld usb dogle and im not picking up anything through the pc. im running windows7 and all components are above the recommend spec in the pc.. Any ideas or help. thanks a million

Can you post your TV Server logs please (see the link in my signature). I suspect the tuners may be at fault.
