The latest version of the plugin can't read lyrics tag embedded in mp3 (lyrics, unsynced lyrics, etc.).
Older versions of the plugin used to work.
Anyone knows why?

Still no go with latest 0.23 version.
Maybe I have to import into the database?
Mp3 lyrics tags can't be read on the fly?
I remember that version 0.14 (or 0.15) could read tags on the fly.
Any suggestions?

Hi, sorry for not responding to your original post, but I haven't seen this thread before now.

It might be related to the work on the tagreader which the MP core team has redesigned the latter months. It could also be a error in the plugin; I'll have a look at it. The new tagreader also lets you write lyrics to the music tags, which the upcoming version 1.00 of MyLyrics natural will take advantage of. The new release of the plugin is planned for sunday/beginning of next week.

    best regards

Hi. I was probably being a bit fast and loose with my terminology. I meant "somewhere within the files that MP2 uses in its database". Anyway, I found a way to do this which was far from automated but relatively low effort. I found what looked like all the images (CD covers, DVD covers, backgrounds etc all lumped together in...

Fixed, I think. Certainly the vintage MP2 installer that I was using no longer installs the LAV filters. I can only assume that these were never part of the install package itself, but rather downloaded during the install, and that link no longer exists. Shame that the installer doesn't indicate this. Last time when I installed the...

I made some updates to the Wiki page describing the <import> and <include> tags, including adding a couple of new xml examples. For the first example, I highlighted the example text and eventually found the location in the menus where I could select the CODE macro to have the example text formatted as a code example. So far, so good...
