Kaspersky antivirus 7 blocks the banners from tvdb and so they appear blank in MP. This happened to me and drove me crazy until i realized the cause. Maybe it is your problem.

I presume that only prevents them from displaying when it cannot download them... if they are already on your machine it obviously wont query thetvdb. In my case all the banners are physically there, just dont display. I am running AVG at the moment for antivirus.

I also have Kaspersky and i´m having the same problem, how did you fixed that?

I seem to be having a similar issue. I imported a new series (Black Lagoon) and the thumbs for the first season work fine. The second season does not show up. The names are all correct and it is listed on thetvdb but MyTV does not seem to get them.

Any ideas?

Edit: It looks like it's only working with certain shows, as Fate Stay Night did not have the thumbs imported either.

Also for some of the files where the thumbs are not imported there is also no episode description imported. Probably because the plug-in isn't listing a episode ID for some files.

I hope this can be fixed.
