I am not sure whether this is part of the MP base product. I don't have one on my system. Possibly it belongs to an MP plugin or one of the tools that you are using to obtain the EPG?
"TV Server Config" does have a panel where you can define the genre mappings, but the mappings do not seem to be saved in a file. Actually, I don't know where they are saved.

Looks like there's some kind of error regarding translations that I can't pinpoint about Subcentral. You'll find it in the log file I attached to my previous message. I don't understand it because I use MP in english, I search for subtitles in english and not in my native language, so I can't figure out what's translation got to do...
