Since there were some changes to the skinning engine, no one has updated the files needed.
I'm no skinner, but took on the role of doing the paperwork and keeping AeonWide upto date release wise, but the problem of the topbar buttons causing display to flash, this have not been resolved and until they are, I'm stuck in limbo
Really would like to get this sorted, so any help would be appreciated from skinners, who don't want a good skin to die.
Because this skin is outdated an not working with MediaPortal 1.0, i had to move it to the "graveyard".
As soon as someone picks up the work on it i am happy to move it back to the "hot skins" sub forums
i'm a bit gutted i've gotta admit, this was always my preferred skin for my bedroom htpc, it was so much simpler than some of the new skins being developed yet still looked flash enough to be awesome.
This certainly was the best looking skin for MP - ever, but because of bugs with MP's skinning engine? i dropped it after some months of use, had to use the really boring default skins.
Yes, this is why I'm still running RC2 on my HTPC that and the fact there is really no upgrade. You have to uninstall and reinstall. Keeping settings might also not be good ide cos of changes everywhere. Some weekend ahead I guess I'll upgrade anyway and switch to some of the 1.0 capable skins.
Thank you for this tip! I'm moving MP TV Server to a new machine. I installed the 64-bit version and most of the MP firewall rules were set to Public. I couldn't connect to the new TV Server from my old single-seat installation running 32-bit until I changed all MP-related firewall rules on the new machine to Private. Before I did...

Fixed, I think.
Certainly the vintage MP2 installer that I was using no longer installs the LAV filters. I can only assume that these were never part of the install package itself, but rather downloaded during the install, and that link no longer exists. Shame that the installer doesn't indicate this.
Last time when I installed the...

Those folder's last modified time isn't really accurate it seems. Latest change was a merge from PR #384 on may 3rd which was exactly that fix, see f.e. MediaPortal-1/mediaportal/MediaPortal.Application/MediaPortal.cs at 8fa4ccca20059a5534a029266efa596e83387f5b · MediaPortal/MediaPortal-1

It seems our Zap2XML/GraceNote access is broken again. I (as many others) have been using the latest NewZap2xml_6 and it has worked flawlessly. A few days ago it all died. I wonder if anyone is working a solution to save the masses. I am hoping the good citizen of past is...
