It seems the localized style loading is not working as expected

Now all keyboards have french style (AZERTY), because the _fr.xaml is the latest one by names and overwrites default and _de style.

Only the missing "Next programm" info of TE's mini-EPG, which I added to Jira. Other than that I am only aware of the already known bugs in Jira.

Ok. I also have fixed 2 minor bugs in TV area (i.e. missing program category) and the channel dictionary fix by @Brownard.
So a 2.1.3 should come for xmas
