[confirm] LifeTV is stuttering on some Channels (1 Viewer)

Codec MPG2: Microsoft AND/OR PDVD

Mainboard: Gigabyte with 3200HD integrated (and disabled)

Sound: Realtek HD onboard
Remote: Itrans / Logitech harmony 555
TV: Panasonic viera plasma
TV - HTPC Connection: DVI

Over here also major stuttering since RC3 in HD and in SD channels. I produced some logs with the 'new debug mode'.

Update: Stutter was such a problem I decided to search for a new dshowhelper DLL. I found the latest v0010 in this thread:

it solved my stutter problem completely. RC3 working like a charm now. Hope you developers can use this information and logs.

Reclock shouldn't be even used for live tv. Also using different dshowhelper.dll wont help since the issue is in the files itself tv server records.

I don't use reclock, and this dll did solve my stutterproblems. I can post new logs with the dll if you want?

As you can see from the thread the DLL does cause troubles for other users. So it is not a global solution and something we could start to use in MP. Some approaches for frame scheduling / presentation timing etc. work better on some HW combos. Maybe there will be one day a perfect EVR presenter, but at least 1.1.0 wont contain such.

Logs wont help. Those aren't revealing enough information for frame scheduling etc. (and we cannot generate such huge amounts of log information even with debug logging enabled).

Snader, did all your compensating for late frames in TsReader disappeare when you changed dll?
I have problem with a lot of that and after a while MP shows just a black screen and freeze.

I know replacing the DLL isn't a global solution; I was hoping it could help you; I understand this is a very difficult problem for the developers. For now I can only say that I never had so much problems with stutter since RC2 and it even got worse in RC3.
So that's why I thought it was nessesary to produce some logs.
