Yes, I know... and the answer is no.
As it says in our wiki/manual, in terms of capture (ie. not tuners), MediaPortal's TV Server currently supports Hauppauge HD-PVR and Colossus... and that's all. Some capture inputs on analog tuner cards/devices may also work, but in my opinion you're unlikely to find anything in that direction that supports 4k capture.
