I too tried the patch this past weekend, and it DOES work for the most part!

However, I do notice a few bugs like for example my system seems to be a little less stable and more "buggy". One thing I noticed was that if I go to the menu option for MANUAL CONTROL, I can no longer do anything in that menu. I cannot slect a channel, start timeshift, record or stop service...none of the tabs can be "clicked" when I pass the mouse arrow on them. Nor can I change the "group" or "channel" options---its like this menu does not completely load or at least the functionality portion does not load.

I also notice that I get more "not responding" errors as I navigate throughout the TVserver menus. BTW...I am running 1.2alpha.

i have mysql not mssql, so problem at there i guess.

ALL menus (TV menu, Music menu, Movies menu...) looks buggy they all work for me but all menus respond very slow.

I dont have that kind problem.



But since it fixed my main problem i can live with all above minor problems

After that, hopefully you should be able to restart TV Server and custom LNB frequencies will work per-channel.

sorry to bother you guys. How am I supposed to run a script? can somebody help to this newbie?
I also cannot get any channels from turksat 3a but other satellites. another question about universal lnb settings;
I want to override lnb settings with default values. low9650, high10600 and switch11700 for instance. what is the correct value set for a universal lnb?
I tried few searches in the forum but couldnt find an answer for any of my questions.

Hi everyone

I apologise for being so slow to respond to the issue that you've raised. I've had a look at the logs that were posted and my guess is that I haven't provided all the files that need to be replaced - I definitely don't experience the issue. With that in mind, here is a fresh set of files. Instructions for use:

1. Stop TV Server.
2. Take a backup of the following files in your TV Server install folder and put them with your backup from version 1:
- TvControl.dll
- TvLibrary.Utils.dll
- TvService.exe
3. Download and extract *all* the files attached to this post into your TV Server install folder.
4. Copy the following files from the TV Server install folder (*not* from the backup) into your MediaPortal client install folder:
- TvBusinessLayer.dll
- TvControl.dll
- TVDatabase.dll
- TvLibrary.Interfaces.dll

Let me know if that helps.
