The plugin shows up in the MP Config Plugins section, but when i hit config it pops up the message that it can't find \Mediaportal\InputDeviceMappings\defaults\MessagePlugin.xml. I've checked the file location roughly two dozen times over the past couple days so I know it's there. I tried both versions of the updated plugin with the same result. I have no idea where to go from here.
As a side question, what am I supposed to do with the MessagePlugin_update.xml attached as the MPEI Update file? The naming makes me think it's an automated update instruction set of some sort but I can't figure that one out either.
That's weird.. I did recompile and upload it 2 days ago, but for me it's still working
And now I just found out that, in the Source zip, I didn't copy the new compiled MessagePlugin.dll to the "Files" folder. So, the new file is still in the "Source/bin/" folder.
But this still does not explain why it's not working for you..
Anyway.. I am going to re-upload the sources zip

MP2 uses the same TV engine as MP1, so it must work also with MP2, you just need to select TVE3 and not TVE3.5 in the installer. MP2 also supports a 3rd TV engine TVMosaic, but this is configured web-based and I can not tell you, if this works with your hardware.
