MP-TVSeries v2.3.3589 Stable Release [29-Oct-09] (1 Viewer)

Hi.
I've got some problems downloading any kind of artwork since some time. Every download fails, no matter if it's a thumb, a fanart, a poster or a banner. All with the same error in the log:

"00000005 - 02.09.2009 19:19:17 - Banner download failed (http://thetvdb.com/banners/seasons/80349-3.jpg) to C:\ProgramData\Team MediaPortal\MediaPortal\Thumbs\MPTVSeriesBanners\Californication\-langen-seasons/80349-3.jpg"

This is just one example, every ohter donload appeared the same. If I download the jpg manually and copy it to the right place, MPTVSeries uses it as if there never ever was any problem.

I don't know, but the logged path to the image dosn't look correct for me:

C:\ProgramData\Team MediaPortal\MediaPortal\Thumbs\MPTVSeriesBanners\Californication\-langen-seasons/80349-3.jpg

should be:

C:\ProgramData\Team MediaPortal\MediaPortal\Thumbs\MPTVSeriesBanners\Californication\-langen-seasons\80349-3.jpg


There should be a "\" before the file name instead of a "/", I think...

Is this a bug in Mepo, in MPTVS or just a probem on my system and how can I fix it??


Ahh, I'm using Windows 7 Final X64 and MePo 1.1 Beta

btw. Moving Pictures downloads are fine, just like any other downloads (Music,...), that's why I post this here.

I think I will issue a new release that can fix this problem. Seems that if you set the 'referer' in the webclient request then it works. Hopefully its the right thing to do and wont get us banned.

Wasn't me, was a server issue and has been since resolved. I did have a workaround ready but backed it out once it got fixed server side.
