Which remote control App in the Google Play Store you mean?

I never used this but for example https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.tmx.mediaportalremote&hl=en

Please can you tell me what I have to do to use it? Were can I found this setting in MPTVScheduler?

WOL: you can add your MAC address of your (MPExtended) server where you set the ip address.

Reboot, shutdown, ...: Go to server status screen and select the menu.

Is this request still up to date? I just updated my Galaxy S5 to a 8.1 custom ROM.

Yes. Please try the PIP function in the internal stream:
    1. Start watching live TV
    2. Select PIP icon on the OSD -> the full screen video window should be switch to a small window
    3. Select the full screen icon on the small window.
What happens? Can you watch the full screen video again or the stream is stopped?

    Dear regeszter,
    thank your for Hints.

    1. Remote Control alternatives:
I remember I saw this App under Plugins.
I think in this situation a have to stay for remote control by "aMPdroid" the "GUI" is realy better.
First the "function buttens" ar bigger and the GUI more cleared.

    2. WOL:
Thank you I will try it. I hope it works :)

    Best regards,

Works for me as intended. Small Window with running stream, resizing to fullscreen again does not interrupt the stream.
