Sorry to say so, but it did not solve the problem. I have my logs attaches.
What works is to play the TV stream by downloading the .m3u and playing in VLC. So I wonder if the problem is not related to the server at all but maybe to changes in flash behaviour or the like...

The log seems to be ok. In windows 8.1 with IIS Express I can watch movie in my dev PC. I can not test the Live TV because I don't have tv tuner in my dev PC.

Exactly.
Movies and Recordings are playing fine, the problem is only with live tv.

Hi I have been looking into my issue further:

Hi have tried them all. http live plays but is very choppy and unwatchable. so no good. VLC remains perfect on both android tv and S8. But cannot skip which is a show stopper.

VLC player uses ffmepg.exe with cpu at 30% or so while streaming
Internal player maxes cpu on server at 100% on mp-extended service. Only live stream works. every other option is unable to play
Is this normal behaviour?

After sleep on server computer (I think) phone says server contactable with server computer open and me confirming at the time mpextended service in running.. for this there is no log entry as not able to contact

Any ideas what is going on here?
