I uploaded the MPExtended Service 0.6.0-beta3 into the 1st post. It needs for radio support.
The new method:

For beta testers:
Please try the new radio support. According to my tests, the vlc transcoding profiles is better for radio but the ffmpeg is better for TV. All others function should be the same for TV and radio.

i try to watch TV stream on my smartphone without sucess, my internal player is too bad, with lot of "buffering" before playing,
i use the Direct android vlc transcoder profile.
can you try to enhance the choice of the videoplayer, like Android for using default application for video or photo viewer ?
edit : i have try MX player too, but not compatible with EAC3 codec.
i would like to try VLC , but i can't select this app as player.

Just tried this app today. Once I got MX Player to support AC3 it started working well. However, a feature I miss from aMPdroid is being able to define more than one TV server. I use a local IP for when I'm at home and my external web address for when I'm away from home.

Did you store the logos in this folder? c:\ProgramData\MPExtended\Cache\TVLogoCache\
