I think most of the tv server updates in 1.3a are broken. mm135200 has confirmed this in the link below but we have not heard if there is going to be a fix or how long a fix will take.

TV (DVB-T) is working fine here.

However, I don't know what type of TV @harryzwo is actually using.

My suspicion is that this is analog,

We do appreciate bug reports. However, if you are going to report a problem such as 'no TV cards available' you might need to tell us what cards you actually have. If the cards are not detected, there is a better than average chance that they also won't show in the logs.

From log it seems that harryzwo use a DVB-T too.
Myself, i use 2 DVB-S card and i didn't have this issue.
But it sure something is wrong related to analog card.

Well, best thing for @harryzwo would be to do a complete uninstall and reinstall.

Analog TV does seem to be broken. DVB-T is fine.

Did you stop the TV service before updating?

Yes i stoped TV-Service before update. I Use 2xDVB-T and 1xDVB-S2.
I'll try a complete uninstall and reinstall next week.
