No sound when using "Dynamic refresh rate control" (1 Viewer)

I loaded some WMV 1080p files from Microsoft. Most of these files theres is sound although the dynamic refresh rate control is enabled. The only WMV file where the sound doesn't work has the sample rate of 44100 Hz. The other WMV files where the sound works has 48000Hz.
But the problem still is that at all my other files (e.g DivX, XVid, DVD format) the audio still doesn't work.
But I want to use the dynamic refresh rate control so that I don't need to change the video refresh rate in the nVidia control manager by hand anymore.
Any ideas?
