du kannst den codec auch über den radlight filtermanager registrieren,
dann siehst du auch gleich ob es geklappt hat da der dann unter directshow filter erscheint.

einfachste Methode: die Registrierung als Administrator ausführen. Hat bei mir so geklappt.
