I figured out what was going on, the program opens.
Discovered another problem while preserving translation software Russian letters in the file replaces the question mark (????).

When mptagtool saves the file transfer is in the title puts the wrong encoding. <?xml version="1.0" encoding="iso-8859-1"?>
And therefore are not stored properly in the Russian character layout. Must keep the following <?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8"?>

I fixed a few mistakes in the Czech translation

Edit: MPLanguageTool.exe change encoding from utf-8 to iso-8859-1 and remove Czech diacritics chars :-(

Hi, that Bulgarian file seems to be not UTF-8, can you save it again with correct encoding? Also, the name needs to be only bg.xml, because OnlineVideos uses the same language settings as MediaPortal and there's only a "Bulgaria" selection, not country specific Thx!
