Something doesn't seem right there because NTSC is usually 720x480 and 29.97 fps. The screenshot in the first post even looks like a 720x576 frame containing 720x480 video. Please try again:
  1. Open TV Server configuration.
  2. Go to the settings for the tuner.
  3. Set video standard to NTSC_M.
  4. Set frame rate to 29.97.
  5. Set frame size to "720x480 NTSC ITU-601 D1 (recommended)".
  6. Go to the "manual control" section.
  7. Click "stop service"... then "start service".
  8. Try to view the channel in MediaPortal again.
Steps 6 and 7 are really important.

If the above settings don't work then please post new log files from the TV server.

Hi, will try, just a clarification, my country is PAL B, I should set to PAL_B and 25fps right?

    Yep. :)
If it is PAL B then I recommend to try PAL_B + 720x576 + 25 fps. However, it seems you were already using 720x576 and 25 fps, so that is why I suggested to try NTSC values. In any case, usually the settings should be for PAL or NTSC rather than a mixture like you seemed to have before. :)

Just for everyone's info. Last night I had some problems after removing all channels and scanning using antenna instead. After that I kept having problems with audio/video not found in client. After restarting the server, no more flickering bottom. So I guess I should use antenna instead.

The only configuration that is certain to work is when the MP client and MP server are from the same release. It is sometimes possible to use MP clients from a release that is different to the MP server, but whether it works depends on the specific changes that were made between the two releases. -- from CyberSimian in the UK

Sorry, it's my fault -- I did not notice that you are using MP2. :( MP1 has a separate configuration utility, similar to "TV Server Config". I have tried MP2 only a couple of times, and have never used it seriously. I don't know what MP2 supports with regard to adjusting audio delay, but I do know that all of the adjustments of...

@CyberSimian Sorry, I missed your last post. I ended up doing a clean install on the client and all is well now. It still doesn't let me go back in time when I change channels but it does continue operating from that point on. I'm ok with that. Thanks for your help! EDIT: I now downgraded the server (as I did with the client above)...
