Hi to all,
Users of PureVision 4:3 have to wait a little bit longer for their new version - XMAS is on 24 of December, isn´t it?

One more question/request.
Viewing a slideshow with background music, the popup when a track change, is a bit "in your face". See screenshot.
What do I need to change to put it bottom right?

I am not sure why you say my problem is a plugin problem not a skin problem when My Films 4.7.9 a works in Blue 3 under RC4. The problematic file as far as I can tell is MesFilms.common.facade.xml which does not come from the My Films plugin but from your Skin?

Of course I will report the problem to zebons as well!

Any ideas?

Forgot to mention I am on Vista Ultimate 32 bit.

Dadeo: If you read the instructions for PureVision you would have found that you MUST use the delivered MyFilms.dll for the correct funtioning of MyFilms. Then its garanteed to work.

2BitSculptor and all who see display problems:
For some reason the devs have changed some GUI functionality that now influences the display. If dummies are used (and I use some of them) these no longer work in the manner meant. You will experience this in your new skin. I am in contact with MisterD who changed this for the correct functioning of the Blue3 skins with the side effect that a lot of other skins now do not function properly.
You will also encounter that the Live TV is now displayed in TV Series where it was hidden before. I use a dummy there which is not properly evaluated now.
Sorry for this, but at the moment I don´t have a solution for this.

I did read the instructions! The file I have is PureVision 1.5.1036.rar and it says you must use TVSeries.dll it says nothing about MyFilms.dll and there is no such file in the rar!

A BIG for the not including the dll! But at least on the DL page it is stated clearly that the supported MyFilms is version 4.5...
The new version of PureVision will support the latest version and will also include the necessary dll.

Thanks, I look forward to the new version. I love this skin and can't live without it! I realize how much work you have to do to keep it up to date and with all the improvements, so the odd mistake is understandable! The development of MP is so fast I don't know how you keep up! I was wondering why you don't use the MP Installer, would that not solve a lot of support problems? No need to answer that now, I know you are busy trying to get the new version out.

I have finally waded through all 44 pages of this thread and have recived quite an education.

You are without doubt the most curteous skin developer in these forums. And over the last three months I have read most of them. That is not to say that any of the developers are rude, but you are an inspiration.

I am unlurking now because otherwise Helios will appear the only voice asking for PureVision 4:3.

I know you are working on it and I will continue to be patient as well. But let me say that without PV1.5, I would have abandoned MP a while ago. Your skins make all the difference and I loudly applaud what must at times seem like a thankless task, especially when you recieve comments like "90% but..."

Again no disrespect to those posters, as you seem to welcome and thrive their constructive critism which is quite admirable.

My score for PureVision is 100% But I know you won't be happy untill you get to 110%
