Blue3 included in RC4?

Just checked the Roadmap/Bugtracker page. looks like 100% of the issues have been resolved. Thats great to hear - I assume a week or so to test "internally" to get a handle on what was broken fixing stuff, and then its on to release of RC4 (no dig intended, thats the way of software)

Will RC4 include a 16:9 of Blue3?

so, 2 quick questions please.

1) is there a Svn build that is close to what RC4 would be?
2) In fact, I might be interested in joining an official testing team. Is there a page somewhere that roughly describes the responsibilities? I am technically adept, and willing to provide good feedback and technical details where necessary.

jwdaigle: There is a weekly SVN snapshot, which is always the most up-to-date version that the team request feedback and testing from.

However due to the fact they are re-syncing the SVN at the moment, I dont think there will be a SVN snapshot until its finished.

good point. will rc4 or final release be left with tvserver incomplete?

so does the rc4 refers to mediaportal or to mp+tvserver? will they be treated separately?

I'm guessing RC4 will be both, I am also guessing that they home this will be the last RC - i.e. RC4 == 1.0

I';m hoping that my days off in just over a week will be spent instaling 1.0!

SVN was not messed up but resynced,
you can safely test this SVN
