Hi

Is it possible to use MP to record 24/7 in one hour long files in an easy way?

Not that I can think of. The easiest way would be it the SQLLite Database browser (int the Docs dir) and use some sql (and a lot of cut and paste!) to insert the data directly into the recording table of the TVDatabase database.

You have to enter 24 recordings manually in MP, starting at 0:00, 1:00, 2:00, and so on, with "Record every day at this time".

I tried that, but it didn't seem to work. It can be that there are some other table / field that needs to be updated as well, but I don't think I will use any more time with MediaPortal Anyway since I must have Post Processing and that isn't supported with MediaPortal, so now I'm gonna look at GBPvr instead...

TV Server plugins are listed on this page, and "EPG Cleaner" can be downloaded from this page. Note: I don't know what bitness the plugin has. It might be 32-bit, or it might be "any cpu". The plugin is not listed by the "MP Extensions" tool, so I don't know whether it has been tested with the most-recent MP releases. -- from...

I note that you are using MP2. The following applies to MP1, but I think that MP2 is identical in this situation. "TV Server Config" has a "TV Mapping" panel in the "TV Channels" section. On the "TV Mapping" tab: The left column lists the channels that have not yet been mapped to the TV tuner identified by the drop-down menu just...
