What icon and where? The easiest way is to find the name of the icon in the image catalog, and by name find where it is used, if it is written in the skin, then this block will be found.

Searched and removed all from the C drive
But it is still present in the movie list

Deleted from the entire C drive,
it is no longer in the skin cache, but it still appears in the movie list
