    Not the next SVN's but it is on my list. Needs some rework, since the code is already 9 month old.
    First i need to upgrade to BASS 2.4 and to finish the Database enhancemnts, i think it was also you requesting composer?

    won't be able to do too much before New Year, but then you'll get it. promised. :)

    Yes, Composer and an "Album Artist" -View like this one , thats great wishes for one of the upcoming releases.

    Cue Files are very common for some genres. I don't understand why just a few people are asking for this feature...
    I hope it will be implanted soon!

    Otherwise I understand and respect "hwahrmann" reasons...
    Is there maybe anything that we could do to help you to develop this feature?

    I don't think so, because MP has no way of knowing at which timestamp the external player stopped playback. Best way to achieve this would be to use an auto-resume feature in your external player itself. (MPC-HC can do that, I don't know about VLC)
