Terratec CI API (1 Viewer)

Hi!

AFAIK MediaPortal does support "TerraTec Cinergy C HD & CI", in other words; MP supports TerraTecs CI.

Again, AFAIK to support that CI, you would need the API. Does anyone have this available?

Hello,

I also use the Terratec Cinergy C card. I am using the CI Module, because the broadcaster requires it for almost all TV-Channels.

What is not possible for me ist to use the CI Menu. So when there are films that require a pin for protecting young people, it is not possible to see them, because Mediaportal only says "channel is scrambled".

There is no CAM-Module Displayed in the TV-Server Config.
I use the Alphacrypt Classic Module.

In the supported tv-cards section there is mentioned the Terratec Cinergy S2 and also the support for the CI Menu.


But in the Cable TV-Cards section there is no Cinergy. So I think it is not supported.

My question: Do you already have a solution to use the CI Menu for the Cinergy C Card?

Same question with diffenrent hardware (TechniSat CableStar HD 2). Still no workarounds?

I can't even get the card to find channels in MP, so I haven't managed to fix anything. I don't know why MP can' find my channels!! Looks like the card "times out" while searching.
