The only way (to my knowledge) is to use the MPstartIt plugin.
To get it working, you need to do two things:
Configure MePo to use fullscreen TV
Configure MPstartIt plugin to launch TVHome (dont chose live TV)
It doesn't start instantly on TV - there is a few second delay (this is due to Mepo launching, the MPstartIt modifying the MePo config, and then MePo relaunching again into fullscreen TV - in simplistic terms)

FYI, you can also play with these settings: show TV Server Configuration shortcut => Right-click => Properties => Compatibility => Change High DPI settings
That way you don't have to change the whole scaling of Windows just for this particular application
