TV Recording Priority (1 Viewer)

On the Priority screen, is the higher the show in the list the higher the priority (like it is shown in my attached screenshot)? Or do I have this backwards, and the higher the number next to the show name, the higher the priority?

MP1 MP2 SchedulesDirect plugin suddenly not downloading EPG DE

Got a reply from SD ... "Looks like your last successful download was on 5/23. On 5/24 for some reason we received 194 connections between 10:54 and 11:05 triggering a denial of service attack ban.
