I attached a file with my grabber. What's a differences I have:
1. updated channels list
2. long programs' descriptions
3. programs' subtitle (Program or series episode name).

I think we should maintain two versions, mine is using short description thus it is very robust, and yours have much more details. This way we give to users two options to choose from: fast and detailed.
I like it.

Thank you so much for your help and advice, CyberSimian. I hadn't thought of deleting the various folders, but I'll bear that in mind for any future disasters. Now I can record King & Conqueror on Sunday!

On 5/24 for some reason we received 194 connections between 10:54 and 11:05
triggering a denial of service attack ban. The logs show it was lifted on 5/25,
