    ich vermute das Proxo dir die js-Datei umschreibt, bzw den content-header/mime type aendert und daher der IE nach eigener Pruefung die Datei als dl anbietet. Da muesstest du Proxo mal deaktivieren bzw dessen Filter oder testen welcher Filter hier greift.
