Hi Guys
Sometimes when i am listening to a concert i shut off the tv, but after RC5 when i do that, then after 1 minute or so MP stops playing, but when i turn on the tv again it starts again. However, it seems that 75% of the screen is MP and 25% is the desktop.
This is quite annoying.
It does not do it when i play music...

I'm using an ATI Radeon 4550 card connected by HDMI to an 8th gen pioneer running at 1920x1080p.
TV set has more settings than is reasonable and of course there are further picture settings in CCC and in MP and in codecs themselves. So plenty of room for endless tweaking etc...

Some providers of dvb-t, like RiksTV in Norway will tell you to put the tv on a specific channel for up to 2 hours so that the card can be updated and non-free channels can be watched.
At what level is this update happening? Is this functionality implemented in mediaportal? Or, is that just a low-level thing happening automatically...

There's only one way I know of.
Open TV-Server config, under TV channels go to TV groups, click the mapping tab, highlight the channel by clicking on it then click the up button until it's at the top- moving these around alters the order channels appear on the TV guide, whatever's at the top gets loaded up with autostart.

WHY?? It IS a show stopper! WAF decreases enormously. When it happens, everyone is just like WTF and they don't know what to do...
