As it did not happen for a few weeks now and was not 100% reproducible, I changed the thread tag.
If other users experience similar issues in the future, we might have a look again at it.

While bug hunting I tried to reproduce something and after a MP2-Client crash, now I always get this message during MP2-Client...
ok i had restarted everything once but done again and now i can add more shares so thanks for that, the server part wasnt connected properly so done a reinstall and global shares is working now as expected when adding a new share.

I have just installed the new alpha 1 autumn release of mp2, great work so far :)
when trying to pick a share it let me choose...
