I have the same problem (only I have 500MCE, which is the same card only with two tuners).
Never mind me, I'm a super newbie (I posted the above around 5 minutes after my MP install finished). It turned out I had the My TV plugin disabled (is this default?). Now it works like a charm. Good picture quality too.

got my firedtv s2 and will fire my nova-s2.
Radio issues seems to be gone away. Only remaining one is that you have to stop radio in the radio screen before switching to TV. No crash but otherwise selecting a TV channel just restarts the last radio channel.
All seems to be more stable now.

Thx! I solved the problem by importing a channel list in which all channels I need are included. :)

If I choose to record now, I find the recording actually starts at least 15 minutes before I set the start. I'm sure this is all to do with timeshifting, which I'd gladly switch off, but I can't..
