Just went to look at iView just now and found a bug. Well... the iView feed currently has an invalid character 0x19 in the XML. So I have updated the iView site util to handle the case of the invalid characters in the range under 0x20.

For ABCiView I have just implemented Video context menu "Related" and "Recommendations" which map to ABCiView "Other Episodes" and "More Like This". This makes it very easy to look for what is popular then look for related so you can start with the first of an episode (if it is still available). Really handy for series which are iView only. Enjoy.

thank you Sir, issue is definitely resolved now, i uninstalled the problematic MSE altogether, plus i also now have optimized EPG grabbing configuration, thanks again for all the assistance, wow so much faster on everything now that MSE is out of the picture...MP WAF is now restored and FetchTV STB sits in the corner collecting dust :)

The electronic program guides (tvguide.xml) have been successfully transferred to MediaPortal.
The issue stemmed from the corruption of one or both of the mc2xml.dat and/or mc2xml.exe files, for an unknown reason. Consequently, even though the tvguide.xml file appeared to be updated, its content kept being an...
