All BBC Channels Missing - Winterhill UK (1 Viewer)

I believe there has been a retune, I have tried to retune but can not find any BBC channels, help pls

Drop the attached file into C:\ProgramData\Team MediaPortal\MediaPortal TV Server\TuningParameters\dvbt - I've added the new frequencies - and try a channel scan.

since new xml file, I have an issue, channel 4, more 4, E4, Channel 4+1, Channel 5 and ITV2 all have channel seq number 1000 which I cant alter so appear at bottom of channels in guide and also dont get any EPG information for them

any help pls

Cheers gave that a try and seems to have fixed the issue, just make sure to delete all channels first and re-scan

Owlsroost, any idea why I don't have that file path? maybe because i'm on a 64bit system? Have tried searching for TuningParameters but no joy. I'm on a first time installation but have booted MP up to see if the folders were created after initial boot - still no joy......my wife will kill me if I can't get BBCs working....
