Basichome, recently added tvseries dont work! (1 Viewer)

Hi!

Got a smal problem, recent added tvseries dont work in basichome. Recent added movies works just fine. any ideas?
I use the latest versions of MP & streamedmp.

Hi maiky,

need some extra files to help us track this - most likley a config issue somewhere.

Can you please post the following log files.

error.log
mediaportal.log
streamedmpconfig.log
tvseries.log
infoservice.log

In addition from userfiles (start->Team MediaPortal->MediaPortal->User Files)

usermenuprofile.xml

When you add TVSeries do you run import for within the TVSeries plugin or via Configuration->plugins?

I just copy the files to my tvserires location \\server\media\tv\blabla\s01\blabla.s01.e01.blabla.mkv

Then i just start MP and wait a few mins an they are there, so i guess im doing it via MP itslef and not the config screen!

From the look of these logs it would appear that infoservice is not being (or has not been informed) of new series episodes and is not setting the required properities.

Just to double check from within MediaPortal->TVSeries please select the 'Run Import' option and when complete exit and restart MP and check if the most recent is now displayed and post new logs if not.

We are about to release 1.4.0 of the skin (Sunday with luck) and for this version we have taken the the TVSeries most recent into our own plugin, this will fix the issue but would like to get to the bottom of this issue.
