Can I use this skin with a Half HD (1280) TV without problem?

    No, there will always be a problem when not using the designed for resolution. You can use it, the issues will only be minor if you do notice.

    I have been running this skin in 720p for ages and haven't noticed anything wrong or problems (I run 720p as my second display out in the kitchen will only do 720)
