It's not a normal or a common occurrence for TV Server to not detect or recognise tuners.
Have you installed this patch?

If you're sure you have, I suggest you try power cycling your PRIME.

Thanks again for the help. The patch seemed to work just fine. It's weird, because MP will work beautifully for months on end, and then after something like a Windows update, things just stop working. The problem is that I don't know it stops working until I notice that a few shows weren't recorded. Is there a way to alert the user that there is a problem, rather than noticing it after the fact? Thanks again.
