Should just need to download the latest BDA drivers from www.comprousa.com and the card will then appear in MediaPortal setup. I am not familiar with the t200 but my t300 works a treat for digital tv
Please use the Support Template and tell us what you have done so far, and where abouts (at what stage) you are getting stuck. Please include any relevant log files, too.
while you are off filling in the support template :wink: here are a couple of things to check.
Do you have the Compro BDA drivers installed?
Have you added the card in Config/TV/TV cards?
Have you made sure it is the VideoMate card that you have added and not the others that may show up?
have you Auto Tuned?
Have you assigned the channels to the card?
When we get the template we can see what sort of set up you currently have and we may be able to offer more help...
Gracenote has a round robin for its DNS and they have changed it several times.
Copy the below and make it a batch file (zap2it_check.bat) and then run it every so often (or when your automated update fails) you can check the dns to see if the round robin has changed. If so you can just reedit your hosts file.
