Smallest Ive seen is a micro-atx, otherwise only seen Via produced mini-ITX boards which you definately arent after

I would not wait for VIA to make a good graphics chipset. The UniChrome simply is crap.
As Callifo said, nVidias 6150 chipset has a good build in graphics solution. Its used on a Asus uATX Board:
A8N-VM CSM
