I did come across another feature I would like to have.

When browsing a 500+ media library in moving pictures and want to look at a movie starting with the letter Z. There is a whole lot of scrolling to do before reaching there!

Is it possible to activate some kind of search function, narrowing down the titles. Or maby attach hot keys. -Like if i press Z on the keyboard, the moving pictures browser would jump to the first movie with Z in the beginning.

If I press SH within a short period of time, the browser would jump to the first movie containing SH as the first letter.

It would be great!

This is already possible. Furthermore, this would not be something a skin could accomplish. It is something a (in this case Moving Pictures) plugin would have to support.
Moving Pictures supports this "sms" style. (mediaportal has some keymappings predefined) Pressing 0-2-2 would give you movies containing a B. the 0 (zero) is necessary to switch to "starts with" otherwise it's "containing.
You can also use 0-2008 for movies from the year 2008.

Wonderful news Marvenius! I'm a novice regarding MP and it's functionality. I will do some more search before I make stupid assumptions.

I doubt anyone would mind. Better to ask and like the software as opposed to not ask and think the software does not what you want (when it does )

I've attach a "fixed" Showtimes xml. It's based on your latest (R219) release.

Changes:
- Director and Starring type set to "fadelabel"
- Selected Date are displayed in facade view (along with the theater)

i have configured rss&weather in mp configuration.
what's wrong? is this version not compatible with xfactor 219?

I was wondering how you can get the osd you got on your pictures when looking at movies/series?
