Hi.
Tested the attached dll. Here it's working fine. Settings are saved as expected, no issues on starting MP2 Client..
For me this seems to be fixed...

In the log file you can see (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80131515)
This means that the dll file is blocked, because it is downloaded from Internet. (It's a win 7/.NET thing)

Use explorer (as admin)
Mark the ZIP file
Right mouse button
Properties
Unblock

This will unblock all files in the zip archive.

@Lehmden. Did you use a third party tool to unzip the skinengine.zip file?

Yep, I'm using Total Commander for all such operations. Internally TC is using pkunzip.exe to do the job afaik..

Nope, used WinRar and 7zip, but i'm running Win 8.
