Fix squiching noice in DVB channels (1 Viewer)

When a DVB-t channel is chopping just a litle bit I hear a high pitch squiching noice. Anyone else noteced this?

In my pinnacle software I do not hear this noice. Can this be fixed in Mediaportal?

MP1 MP2 1.36 IP channels not adding to database when scanning DE
It's getting weirder..... If I remove all the IP cards in the TVServer setup and then add them back I can scan the M3u and tune the stations but if I rescan it on the same card it just keeps updating the 1 channel. My brain is melting.........
