[fixed] General Tab in Tvserver config (1 Viewer)

Don't know if it has been fixed already, but it's two days (from daily compiled svns) that the "General" tab in tvserver setup is not accessible anymore.

    Can confirm That, db upgrade to ver 58 has not applied.

    Looks like my commit for the analog software encoder reuse feature is responsible. Is there a problem, or did you just not apply the required DB upgrade script?
