I installed SAV 6 and i still get the same error. This is a fresh install of mediaportal and OnlineVideos. Can someone point me in the right direction?

I am so sorry, but looks like you are being geo-locked. Both sites are available to Canadian IPs only. The SMIL coming back from the server for non-Canadian IPs has the following code:

I will try and push out some code later tonight (or tomorrow) which will play a video clip telling users about the geolock instead of the ugly unable to play video error. Hopefully, that geolock video code works as I don't really have access to a non-Canadian IP to test from (except for an ssh account in US which helps with wget/curl requests).

No problem. I have pushed out the latest code which has a geolock video. (OnlineVideos.Sites.corporategadfly version 1.0.1.11 at least). Perhaps you could test it out? I know it's an exercise in futility but it will help prevent frustration for other users.

Yes your video clip shows up now on HGTV and History. I'm about to try that unblock-us.com service and see if it will work.

that didn't work either. So some one would have to build a site for the HGTV etc based on the US linked videos in order for it to work?

Fixed, I think.
Certainly the vintage MP2 installer that I was using no longer installs the LAV filters. I can only assume that these were never part of the install package itself, but rather downloaded during the install, and that link no longer exists. Shame that the installer doesn't indicate this.

I only use TV Series and Moving...
.....it was also the culprit for me!!! Can't think why I've changed from LAVsplitter to MPurl ......:oops:

Just upgraded to 1.37 'Willow'.....and although TV is fine.....I'm unable to play video.
Error message points to Mpeg4IsoAvc or...
