How do I get rid of these annoying 2 "Recently Added" Panels in my Basic Home Menu. I am using MP 1.6, Titan Basic Home Extended two. See Pictures.

Running MediaPortal, go into Settings->GUI->Skin and turn of "recently added" as you see fit.
