[Configuration] Move to MySQL for all databases (1 Viewer)

Summary:
Move to MySQL for all DBs so central databases can be read and updated in a multiseat setup

I'm sure this has been posted before and I know it would be a big job but it would be the "right" thing to do.

I uninstalled MP, made sure no sub folders were left n any programmes folders, changed the computer name, rebooted, installed MP and set logs and rebooted and ran TVServer.
