Myfilms Doesnt Launch Movies with MP1.0 RC1 (2 Viewers)

It wasn't working at first but installing 4.5SVN did the trick.

MyFilms_Stable_v4.5.742 just stopped working a few days ago, I reinstalled, still not working
error.log reads:
2008-05-07 10:18:27.203125 [ERROR][MPMain]: Exception: System.MissingMethodException: Method not found: 'Boolean MediaPortal.Util.Picture.CreateThumbnail(System.String, System.String, Int32, Int32, Int32)'.
at MesFilms.MesFilmsDetail.update_database(String filename, Int32 select_item, Int32 idMovie)
at MesFilms.MesFilmsDetail.PlayMovie_Divx(String filename, Int32 select_item, Boolean first)
at MesFilms.MesFilmsDetail.OnPlayDVD(Int32 select_item, Boolean first)
at MesFilms.MesFilmsDetail.OnMessage(GUIMessage messageType)
at MediaPortal.GUI.Library.GUIWindowManager.SendMessage(GUIMessage message)

so I reverted back to MyFilms_SVN_v4.5.738,
also I installed the divx ToggleToolbar since I recently updated the divx codec, but I'm pretty sure the file I tried to play is xvid, anyway I don't think it is codec related, but all working again once reverted back to SVN

Using both the latest MP SVN and v4.5 SVN I can't get MyFilms to run at all in MP. I can't keep the skin files upto date like this :sorry:

Hi, Psycho Reptile,
as to my experience, the latest version working properly is 4.4.1.4 I never got 4.5 working with latest MP-SVN.
Unfortunately, it does not support all features added in 4.5 - which brings incompatibilities with skin, if skin is prepared for latest version...
Asked Zebons about this already and hope for support ...

Personally I don't use MyFilms, I'm just supporting it on the skin side due to it's popularity - just a heads up is all

I have been looking for something to organise my movies better for awhile and this is awesome, i use MY Movies on my main pc, so therefore have all the data and covers, saw this was conpatible and was made up!

Got it all imported, (had some real problems getting covers to work at first) however the files won't play, i can't work out why, there must be a setting somewhere that i'm missing be really cool if someone could help!

Are you following the MyFilms wiki exactly? I installed the "SVN" version for the first time about two weeks ago and got it working immediately....

The "Play Movie Info" section must be configured correctly for it to play your movies....
