I want to add a new site with only streams, but I can't add the Stream type (where you can choose for RSS, Group or Stream), because it's grayed out. Why?

Oh, stupid, I just pressed Group and now I can select it! Why do I have to make a group first?

Because that's how OnlineVideos structure works.
It will skip the group anyway if your site consists of only one group.

By using that as URL didn't work. If it's not possible, no problem, they also have WM streams:

I tried to fix one of my sites (HumorTV), but there is "a problem" I don't know how to fix.
Since some time, the Dutch 'Publieke Omroepen' give a pop-up-window where you have to accept cookie.... this ruins my site.
For example : http://humortv.vara.nl/ gives the pop-up.

A couple of people mention the same problem, but edit their post saying it's solved :

I have an problem with "uitzending gemist" it does not work anymore no categories at all.(i did update and reinstall) "rtl gemist" and others work well.
It happened when they force us to use cookies. Does anyone have the same problems ? and do you know an solution?

you can add

        <item key="cookies"><![CDATA[site_cookie_consent=yes]]></item>

to the configuration. That takes care of the cookie-popup
