The preview function is a bit hit and miss - it relies on codecs being available and configured appropriately on your system. It works well on some systems but not so well on others depending on what other software is installed.
There is absolutely no connection with the performance of your tuner so rest easy on that front.

The electronic program guides (tvguide.xml) have been successfully transferred to MediaPortal.
