Hi, can I just say a huge thanks for the work on Titan and 1.3.0.

I only have one little niggle that's preventing 100% WAF - the shutdown option. On 1.2.3 with StreamedMP, I used to press up to get to the power options at the top of the screen, then press right (or left?) to highlight the shutdown icon. Click the remote, bingo.

With Titan, I press down to bring up three icons - restart (?), shutdown and close. If I select shutdown then I get a menu with the actual shutdown option on the second page. Can I modify this behaviour so that clicking on the shutdown icon just executes a shutdown?

Hi,

first of all I want to thank for that beautiful skin. It makes MP much more attractive!

Beside that, I am facing a problem. I have installed MP 1.3.0 Beta, including Titan Extended. After first start, I saw the expected start screen with the nice six selection sections (TCV, Radio, Pictures etc.).
But afterwards I'm only able to see the following selection with the textual representation of the menu items:

I assume, that I have made something wrong, but what? Neither Basic nor Classic do have any impact on this.

I found a little bug in the epg as you can see on the picture.
This happens only when the name of the respective channel is a bit longer.

interesting - my EPG doesn't show the details of the selected show. Which Titan version is your MP showing? I had to run Ncoh's 226 patch manually but it didn't fix this particular thing.

Oh, I see. that was not clear to me. Indeed everything ok with 7 lines. But aren't there some skins that display show info with more lines? Maybe something to consider for future editions.

Some color contrast and transparency issues:
2. TV / Recordings menu
Recorded TV shows entries' font should have stronger contrast for both watched and unwatched shows
Color of watched/unwatched should be reversed
When deleting an entry the yes/no dialogue comes up. "No" is marked in red, "yes" in blue - should be the other way round

+1 to that.


I've found inconsistencies with the default button option and it's button colour
How to replicate the problem:

Live tv
Press stop on remote
Options box comes up (timeshift buffer will be lost)
No is blue – default option
Yes is red – yes is the destructive option

Recorded tv list / Videos /
Select a recording, delete it
Options box comes up (Delete these recordings?)
Yes is blue - default option – yes is the destructive option
No is red

Hi,

ok, I will try to describe it in a different way. The left picture shows the Titan main menu I would expect, but my MP Titan shows only a textual menu represantation (see right picture). I do have installed Titan extended and already tried Classic and Basic. Always the same behaviour.
Does anybody have an idea, what I'm doing wrong?

Simple bug and I'm not surprised nobody has found it.

If you install MP1.3b on a completely new PC that has never had MP installed before, and you select 'Advanced installation' during MP set-up, then during the next few sceens it will show that it is going to install Titan Extended and LAV filters, and appears to do so. But it doesn't actually install Titan Extended (I'm assuming), because The first time you enter MP and try going into MP-TV Series, you get a blank screen with a 'missing xml' error.

If you exit and install Titan extended manually, the error goes away and everything works fine.

Have reproduced this at least 3 times

I actually updated the setup of a friend a couple of days ago. He had 1.3 Alpha installed. And i checked extended in the installation, however it was not installed and i got the same error like you did. Sadly i dont have any logs or anything, just saying this happend to me also, however with the update process and not with the clean install.
